Brief introduction of Jintai Yijing Garden Project
Jintai Yijing Garden is located on the extension line of Gaoxin West Road in Xi City (the planned starting point of the west section of Xi Metro Line 3). It is a high-quality large-scale affordable housing project of Shaanxi Jintai Hengye Real Estate Co., Ltd. in response to the government's call to solve the living environment of urban low-income families. Jintai Yijing Garden is developed in four phases, with 34 buildings planned. The total area is1816000m2, and the total construction area is about 750,000m2, including 700,000m2 for residential buildings and 50,000m2 for commercial buildings. The overall planning and design of the project is the residential products of high-rise buildings combined with closed point boards and some products of shops at the bottom of residential buildings facing the street, all of which are designed according to 65% energy-saving standards. The first phase of development and sales is now under way, with a building area of126,000 square meters and 6 buildings, which can accommodate about 1200 families. The project has complete supporting facilities, such as business, medical care, schools, banks, fitness and entertainment. In addition, there are kindergartens, primary schools and other supporting facilities to fully solve the problem of children's primary education.
