Among them, 19 involved false propaganda, accounting for 25.33%; Bundled sales started from 16, accounting for 21.33%; Overlord clause 15, accounting for 20.00%; There are 13 unreasonable refund fees, accounting for17.33%; 7 orders were changed or cancelled at will, accounting for 9.33%; There were 5 other complaints, accounting for 6.67%.
