Shanghai Qixiang Children’s Development Center was established in April 2005. It is a private, non-enterprise unit registered with the Civil Affairs Bureau of Putuo District, Shanghai, and under the supervision of the Shanghai Putuo District Women’s Federation.

The center mainly provides individualized training and counseling for children with autism, Asperger's syndrome, learning disabilities, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADD, ADHD) and other related developmental disabilities, as well as various children who need to improve their learning abilities.
