Very often, the school’s presentations will have certain characteristics. For example, the presentations and job fairs of agricultural colleges focus on agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry and other enterprises.
In Wuhan, large companies generally hold more seminars in 984 and 211 comprehensive colleges and universities.
The first recommendation for information about the seminar: Haitou.com. Pay attention to the updated information of Haitou.com every day, reasonably arrange the time and frequency of attending seminars every day, and give priority to the seminars that have a chance of winning.
At first, I wanted to join a big company in the Internet industry, so I only attended the seminars of big companies. Every time I listened to the seminars, I thought with excitement, how great it would be to join this company, but Every time, I was disappointed and suffered enough blows. Later, the standards were lowered, and so was the industry. I barely managed to get an offer, but at least I had a guarantee, and I felt comforted.
Be sure to be in the front row of the seminar and listen carefully. The interactive Q&A session may directly give you an opportunity for an interview. It is a good opportunity for those potential stocks that cannot pass every resume. Don’t miss it.
Note:
1. Hidden information in the seminar. I once attended a deceptive seminar: at the end of the lecture, it was announced in the group that only resumes from students from the colleges where the lecture was attended were accepted (in fact, it indirectly stated that only students from 985 and 211 schools were accepted), and suddenly 10,000 grass mud horses passed by in front of me. I had told you earlier. Ah, otherwise I wouldn’t come. Later, I found that the online presentation page did clearly state that it would only accept resumes from students from the school where the presentation is located;
2. Make it clear whether you need to apply online before attending the presentation meeting. Many corporate presentations are for those who have already done online assessments. The online application will be closed directly after the presentation or information meeting held by the students, and then a written interview will be conducted on the students who passed the online assessment that evening.
3. Some seminars will accept resumes, so no matter what, bring a sophisticated resume.
4. Be prepared for the written test. Some students will take the written test directly after the seminar.
The resume has been changed to N versions. At the beginning, it was the same resume that conquered the world. Later, every company I wanted to go to made a corresponding resume, and it was typed in color (if you want to find a good job, you are not willing to print your resume, how coward are you)?

So, for someone like me who has two internships in human resources, a double degree in human resources, and a third-level certificate, it is like breaking into a large company to work as a human resource. I spent the entire afternoon looking for interview classrooms in two buildings in Wuli, and sat in a nearby classroom waiting for their normal interviews to end. Near the end, an HR sister came out and expressed her desire to dominate. This HR sister who thinks she has the lowest appearance in the department told me some honest words:

His eyes suddenly lit up and he expressed his intention to come. After reading my resume, he motioned for me to go to the waiting room to wait for the interview. Later I found out that several of them were actually there for interviews. One-on-one or two-on-two, I found that many of the applicants were from bicycle associations, tourism associations, etc., and I suddenly felt that I was not competitive.
Preliminary interview: 2 to 2, self-introduction + future output direction (I am talking about human resources). I said that the output direction is human resources, but the interviewer said that there are no human resources positions in the spring recruitment, so I was OUT. .

After the interview in Wuchang, I rushed to Hankou for the subway interview. As a result, I missed the interview with E-House China. When I arrived, I was already preparing to close the stall. One of the people in charge glanced at me from top to bottom and said that if I had the right to choose to interview other companies first, then they also had the right to choose not to interview me. After listening to this, I couldn't help but shed tears as I walked out of the building until I got on the subway. It was the first time I cried on the phone because I was anxious to find a job. Dad said, "It doesn't matter, I can take care of you for two more years." Immediately I started crying even harder.
In the end, I got offers from Vienna Hotel Human Resources Manager and Plateno Group Management Trainee. The interview was of average difficulty and no explanation was given. If necessary, you are welcome to chat privately.
There is no absolute good job in the world, only jobs that suit you and what you like. Career is a lifelong matter. No matter what job you find in the end, as long as you make progress and gain compared with yourself every day and every step.
