What should jellyfish do to taste good?

Preparation materials: 200g of jellyfish head, 2g of salt, 5g of fresh soy sauce, proper amount of vinegar, 3g of sugar, 2g of chopped green onion, 3g of sesame oil, 2g of pepper oil and 3g of cooked white sesame seeds.

1. Soak the jellyfish head in clean water for half a day or a day, and change the water several times during this period, as shown in the following figure:

2. Wash the jellyfish head, blanch it with boiling water, cut it into shreds, and squeeze out the water, as shown in the following figure:

3. Add seasonings: sesame oil, salt, fresh soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, pepper oil and cooked white sesame seeds, mix well and sprinkle with chopped green onion, as shown below:

4. Put it in a bowl, as shown in the figure below:
