On February 25th, Zhuhai Lian 'an Village held a cooperation signing ceremony with Fahua Co., Ltd., and Fahua Co., Ltd. officially took over the urban renewal project of Lian 'an Village.

According to new media, Lian 'an Village is located in Gongbei Port Area of Xiangzhou City, mainly in Lian 'an Old Village, north of Yuehai East Road, east of Lianhua Road and south of Lian 'an Road. The total land area of the project is about 62,700 ㎡, and the total construction area is about 268 1 1,000 ㎡. Among them, the saleable commercial and residential building area is about 6.5438+0.55 million ㎡, the relocated residential area is about 6.5438+0.00 million ㎡, the hotel building area (village collective property) is about 0.7 million ㎡, and the supporting facilities building area is about 0.67 million ㎡.

Previously, in April 2020, Aoyuan became the main body of the project. For various reasons, Fahua has taken over and continued to promote it. According to some staff members, the handover phase is underway and relevant materials will be replaced one by one. It is estimated that the handover will be completed within 1 month and will be announced to the public at that time.

Recently, the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Jinan District, Fuzhou City publicized three land acquisition and development plans (drafts) in Xindian District of Jinan District.

According to the viewpoint of new media, the land involved in the scheme is located in Panshi Village, Guo Qian Village, Xiyuan Village, Houshan Village and Guishan Village, Xindian Town, Jin 'an District, Fuzhou City. The total land area is 8 1.6228 hectares (1224.34 mu), including 9.5838 hectares of agricultural land (including 2.4208 hectares of cultivated land) and 7 1.8654 hectares of construction land, that is, 0. 1736 hectares of utilization land. The implementation period of the plan is 2022 -2024 and will be completed within 3 years.

The main purpose of this scheme is to transform the existing urban villages and old residential areas, and the main planned uses are urban housing, commerce, government agencies, scientific research, education, sports, medical and health care, social welfare, urban roads, traffic stations, parks, green spaces, rivers, logistics storage, fire fighting and other land.
