Why can mainland hotels smoke?

Mainland hotels can smoke because there are non-smoking rooms. The hotel's non-smoking rooms are for guests who don't smoke and hate the smell of cigarettes. There are no ashtrays and matches in the non-smoking room, and there are obvious no-smoking signs. Ask the guests if they need a non-smoking room before they check in. It is strictly forbidden to sell non-smoking rooms to smokers. If there is a guest smoking in the room, you can sell the room within one week after the guest checks out, use the fumigation machine and open the window for ventilation.
