Hotel fire and emergency evacuation plan

This plan is formulated in order to ensure the personal, property and public property safety of employees staying in this hotel, improve the fire fighting technical level and emergency evacuation skills, deal with the initial fire accident quickly in case of emergency, put out the fire in time and effectively, evacuate people quickly, reduce the property losses caused by the fire and ensure the safety of personnel.

I. Basic information of the hotel

The main building of Cuihu Hotel in Jinggangshan is located at the intersection of Ciping Jianshe Lane and Hong Jun South Road in Jinggangshan, belonging to No.2 Hong Jun South Road in Ciping, with Hong Jun South Road in the east, Star Road Hotel in the south, Jinggangshan Kindergarten in the southwest and Jianshe Lane Road in the north, about 1200m away from Ciping Squadron of Jinggangshan Fire Brigade. The main building of the hotel was put into use on June1998+1October 65438, with 94 rooms and more than 70 beds/KLOC-0. It is a six-story concrete frame building with a building area of 7,200 square meters, a building height of 20.50 meters and a floor height of 3.20 meters (the first floor is 4.50 meters). The main building on the first floor is the lobby, with Chinese restaurant and kitchen in the south, high-voltage power distribution room, low-voltage power distribution room, diesel generator room and fire pump room in the northwest, and shopping malls, marketing offices, front desk duty room and hotel luggage storage room in the north. The second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors are mainly guest rooms, and there are three dining room rooms in the northwest of the second floor. There is a small conference room on the east side of each floor. There is a large conference room for 200 people in the northwest of the sixth floor, a multimedia hall for 100 people in the east, and other rooms. There is a fire-fighting pool capable of storing 20 tons of water on the northeast side of the roof, and there are two 20-ton fire-fighting pools and fire-fighting pressure-stabilizing pumps on the west side of the roof. The fire monitoring room (mini fire station) is located in the northeast of the first floor, with two people on duty 24 hours a day. On-duty telephone numbers are 6557 158, 6557888 and 6557666. There are two doors to the main building. There are two electric rotating glass doors (0.95m x 2.30m can be opened and closed at the same time) in the east, and a fire-proof security door (0.9m x 2. 10m) in the northwest. There are fire safety access doors and stairs on the east and west sides of the main building, which lead directly to the roof, ground and floor. There is a passenger elevator and a sightseeing elevator in the northeast of the lobby, which can reach all floors. There are more than 40 employees in the hotel, including Hu Huiqun, the legal representative (head of fire safety) and Hu Huiqun, the fire safety manager.

Second, the fire control facilities

There are two fire hydrant couplers in the southwest of the hotel parking lot (southeast of the hotel main building), two fire hydrant couplers in Manchuria (beside the water meter well) outside the hotel main building, and an outdoor fire hydrant on the roof of the main building. There are 36 indoor fire hydrants in the main building of the hotel, 6 on each floor. 1 floor is located between the entrance and the front desk of the business center, with back stairs, kitchen doors and two high doors on the south wall of the lobby. Floors 2-5 are located at the elevator door, 16 door, 10 door and 20 door respectively. Automatic spraying devices are distributed in lobby, restaurant on the first floor, walkways on all floors, guest rooms, conference rooms and multi-function halls. Sixty 4kg abc dry powder fire extinguishers with stored pressure are placed in indoor fire hydrant, kitchen, conference room, multi-function hall, high and low voltage distribution room, diesel generator room and parking lot duty room. There are 30 emergency lights, which are located at the floor exit, the middle of the aisle and the safety exit of the multi-function hall. There are 54 groups of fluorescent emergency signs on fire exits, which are distributed at the exits of each floor. There are three fire water tanks on the roof, which can store about 60 tons of water.

Third, organization

1, set up a leading group for fire fighting and emergency evacuation management of Cuihu Hotel in Jinggangshan. Hu Huiqun, secretary of the Party branch, legal representative and general manager, is the group leader; Zeng Qingfa and Guo, deputy general managers, are deputy heads; Zeng, consultant, assistant to the general manager and heads of various departments of the library are members.

2. Our library has set up a volunteer fire brigade with 42 firefighters, which are divided into captain, vice captain, alarm distribution group, fire fighting group, evacuation group, rescue group and security group.

Fourth, alarm procedures and alarm handling procedures

(1) When any department (personnel) discovers a fire, it shall immediately notify the staff of the hotel reception and security department (fire monitoring room), who will report to the "1 19" public security fire brigade and hotel leaders;

The personnel of the Security Department (fire monitoring room) inform the captain and vice captain of the obligatory fire brigade to organize personnel to put out the fire.

(2) Make clear the following contents when giving an alarm:

1, the name, address, work unit and contact number of the alarm person;

2. The exact geographical location of the fire;

3, can understand the fire situation, such as fire time, burning characteristics, fire size, whether there are trapped people, whether there are important items, what are the important buildings around the fire, driving routes, how to facilitate fire engines and firefighters to enter or get close to the fire scene, and so on.

4. Patiently answer the inquiries of the "1 19" police officers.

5. After receiving the call, the security personnel should be informed to wait for the arrival of the fire truck at various intersections, so as to guide the fire truck and firefighters to quickly enter the fire scene.

(3) After receiving the alarm, the security personnel (fire control room) shall immediately take the following measures:

1, organize the voluntary fire brigade to rush to the scene, and promptly notify the accident site personnel or electrician to cut off the power supply at the fire site;

2. Inform relevant personnel to assemble quickly, organize evacuation and fighting according to the procedures and measures in Plan 6, and report to relevant leaders immediately;

3, security personnel on duty during the fire accident, strictly control the access of vehicles and personnel.

Five, emergency evacuation organization procedures and measures

In case of fire, hotel staff should be mainly evacuated. Evacuate the people trapped by the fire first, then evacuate the materials around the fire, and pay attention to the safety of the evacuees themselves. After the fire brigade arrives at the scene of the fire, it should follow the instructions of public security firefighters to evacuate.

Six, the initial fire extinguishing procedures and measures

(a) after receiving the fire alarm, the members of the volunteer fire brigade should rush to the scene of the fire, obey the unified command of the person in charge of fire safety, put out the fire and prevent the fire from spreading;

(two) when the members of the compulsory fire brigade find the trapped people, they should save them before putting out the fire. When inflammable and explosive dangerous goods are threatened by fire, people should be quickly organized to move to a safe place.

(3) If chemicals or inflammable and explosive dangerous goods are on fire, dry powder fire extinguishers, sand and other items should be used to put out the fire when it is determined that there is no explosion danger. The surrounding combustible goods will be wet by water, but it is forbidden to put out the fire of chemicals or inflammable and explosive dangerous goods with water;

If you are not sure whether there is explosion danger, you should be prepared in a safe place and wait for the command of the fire department commander and the command of the chief commander and deputy chief commander at the fire scene.

(four) after the public security fire brigade arrives at the scene of the fire, it shall obey the command of the commander of the public security fire brigade and cooperate with the fire fighting work.

Seven, communication, safety protection, rescue procedures and measures

(1) communication and contact

1, after the fire broke out, the front desk (security department) personnel on duty should immediately notify the hotel leaders, fire safety leaders and fire safety management personnel to arrive at the scene of the fire;

2, according to the commander in chief's instructions, in a timely manner to demolition, power, water, vehicle deployment and other fire fighting instructions to the scene of the fire;

3. Feedback the progress of the fire scene in time, ensure the smooth flow of information between the fire scene and the outside world, and seek support from surrounding units.

(2) Safety protection

1, after the fire, security personnel should first control vehicles and irrelevant personnel to enter the fire site;

2. Send people to the intersection to guide fire engines and firefighters to quickly enter the fire scene;

3. After the fire is put out, it is necessary to comprehensively inspect the site, eliminate the residual fire, and send people to protect the fire site, wait for the supervision and inspection of the public security fire department, and assist in the investigation of the fire site.

(3) Rescue

If someone is injured or poisoned, it should be dealt with in time according to the injury situation, and if necessary, call "120" for rescue.

Eight, fire emergency drill plan

(A) the guiding ideology and tactical principles of fire fighting

Carry out the guiding ideology of "save people first, control and put out, be flexible and quick", adhere to the tactical principle of first controlling and then attacking, and give full play to the role of personnel and fire control facilities.

(2) suppose the time, place and cause of the fire.

(3) Division of labor among members of the obligatory fire brigade

Captain and vice captain: Hu Huiqun (branch secretary and general manager) in charge of fire safety, and Zeng Qingfa in charge of fire safety management.

Task: Responsible for the organization, coordination and command of fire fighting.

The first group: alarm communication group (front desk and security personnel)

Task: Press the fire alarm bell immediately after receiving the fire alarm report;

Report to the hotel's main leaders (or leaders on duty) at the first time, report to Jinggangshan Fire Brigade (1 19) according to the fire situation and the work instructions of the hotel's main leaders, and send someone to meet the fire brigade fire truck at the intersection and enter the fire scene.

Group 2: Fire Department (Engineering Department, Catering Department, Office, Housekeeping Department)

Task: The engineering department must cut off the power supply first. Firefighters use fire-fighting equipment to control and put out fires. After the public security fire brigade enters the site, obey the command of the fire brigade.

Group 3: evacuation group (conference service personnel and office finance personnel among room service personnel)

Task: Responsible for guiding the conference personnel to evacuate from the two security doors in the north of the conference room, and retreat downstairs through the east and west stairs (no one is allowed to take the elevator up and down the stairs! ! ! ), evacuate the building from the east gate of the hotel lobby on the first floor of the main building and enter a safe zone.

The fourth group: rescue group (employees of housekeeping department and catering department)

Task: Responsible for rescuing all kinds of valuable materials and property.

Group 5: security group (security department, money keeper)

Task: Be responsible for the safety of safes and key departments to prevent anyone from taking the opportunity to destroy them.

(4) Requirements

1, obey orders, obey orders, strengthen organizational discipline, actively cooperate and cooperate closely.

2. Keep a clear head at all times, be calm and responsive, perform their duties, ensure the safety of personnel to the maximum extent, reduce the loss of state and personal property, and avoid chaos.
