How to stipulate the hotel accommodation time?

Legal analysis: check in at any time all day and check out before 12 the next day. According to the convention of most hotels, the check-in time is 14: 00 and the check-out time is 12: 00 at noon.

Legal basis: Article 10 of China Tourist Hotel Industry Code takes "room/night" as the calculation unit (excluding hourly rooms). Charge one day's room rate according to the "room/night" where the guests stay; If you check out after 12 o'clock and before 18 o'clock the next day, the hotel can add half a day's room charge; If you check out after the next day 18, the hotel can add one day's room charge.
