I happened to have something to go to Beijing. I arrived at their unit (Room 409, China Science and Technology Museum, No.3 Fuxing Road, Haidian District). At that time, it felt like a regular unit. (Later, I learned that they rented a house in the Science and Technology Museum Hotel. At that time, I met their so-called directors: Qu Dongsheng and Dong Yongsheng.

After talking with them, I realized that the product quality of my current project does not depend on my customers. If I want to apply for national science and technology plans and awards, I must first make a national scientific and technological achievement appraisal. It meant a lot to me at that time. I signed an agreement with them and charged 50,000 yuan (later I learned that there were 30,000, 40,000, 50,000/60,000, etc. , see how much money the company can pay). The name of the collection is Spark Science and Technology Development Center (Beijing). At that time, my assistant said that there were so many swindlers in Beijing that I hesitated. They also called to say that national key new products and the central budget should give guidance and support funds 10.

I thought about it for a moment. I did the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements even without spending 60 thousand yuan, but I didn't think of the following things. They said that if they want to do it, they will sign a long-term strategic cooperation agreement at a cost of 200,000 yuan (say, the materials for applying for the project, intellectual property protection, building a provincial R&D platform, a national R&D platform, an academician workstation, etc.). At that time, I said that the company was short of funds and had no budget in this area. I asked them to help me apply for a national project first, and I will sign a long-term strategic cooperation agreement with them when the money is in place.

They saw that I stopped paying wages and said that they would coordinate some experts and leaders to visit our enterprise. The expert's round-trip air ticket, accommodation and red envelope are 3000 yuan each. At that time, I felt that it was definitely not a good person for experts to visit our company. I have roughly calculated that the cost is about 50,000 yuan. I told them that the factory is being rebuilt now, so let them come after the renovation and let them report the project first. They also said that experts would charge 10 thousand yuan for changing materials.

I was speechless in an instant, so I asked them, didn't I say there was no charge in the early stage? They said that these expenses were revised by experts and should not be charged for materials, but there was no guarantee that they would be successful. They asked me to report them step by step from the local science and technology bureau. Well, there is no way. I took all 60,000 yuan, so I took 1 10,000. They also said that taking another 30 thousand yuan as a deposit would not be a full refund. I signed an agreement with them and took 30 thousand yuan.

What annoys me most is that nothing has been done so far this year. I said I would sue them, and they said you should sue them. I didn't know this agreement was a legal loophole until I found a lawyer. I don't want my money back now, but I'm so angry that I can't even think about such a scam.
