Hotel rental procedures:

1. The concierge staff is responsible for the management of umbrellas. Whenever an in-house guest asks to rent an umbrella, first ask the guest to show his room card or go to the front desk to check it, then tell the guest that the umbrella is rented free of charge, ask the guest to pay the lease deposit of 50 yuan/Handy, and fill out an item rental form (in duplicate, the red copy is kept by the guest, and the white copy is handed over to the front desk and put into the manual account folder).
