Barkol Kazakh Autonomous County is an autonomous county under the jurisdiction of Hami Prefecture in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Barkol Kazakh Autonomous County was established on September 30, 1954, and is located in northeastern Xinjiang. 1. Dahe Tangcheng
Dahe Tangcheng is located in the east of Dongtouqu Village, Dahe Town, Barkol, in the central area at the bottom of the Barkol Basin. The terrain is flat, with flat plains, fertile land, rich water sources, and is extremely suitable for farming. It is 15.5 kilometers away from the county seat and has roads leading to the township government and county seat. , convenient transportation. Dahetang City, 1,644 meters above sea level, is the largest and best-preserved Tang Dynasty ancient city ruins in the Hami area, so it is called Dahetang City or Dahe Ancient City.

The ancient city is rectangular in shape. In the Yuan Dynasty, it was called Balkulnaoer. In the Qing Dynasty, Mongolian sand and Balkul were phonetically called Barkol Lake.

Xiheigou Scenic Area
Xiheigou is 8 kilometers southwest of Barkol County. Heigou has high mountains, long ditches, and lush vegetation. It is lush and dark green in the warm season. Even if it is covered with heavy snow in winter, the pines and cypresses are still there. Evergreen, still verdant, has an indissoluble bond with the color of ink, so it is named after black, so it is called "Black Ditch".
Heigou Mountain is high, the snow cap is shining all year round, and the glacier is pure white and flawless, contrasting with the black and green, which is one of the beautiful elements of Heigou. The forest in Heigou is lush and densely covered. Even the land is covered with cypress.
