Five years ago, I walked out of the university gate and became an employee of the # # exhibition center. There is no resplendent hotel lobby in front of us, only the dirt and rubble on the ground. It is in this environment and mood that I attended the new employee training. On the first day of training, the leaders of the Convention and Exhibition Center held a mobilization meeting, demanding that young people from party member and party member play an exemplary role, actively participate in the "land reclamation" work of the Convention and Exhibition Center, and create a better tomorrow for the Convention and Exhibition Center. Listening to the mobilization of the leaders aroused my vision for tomorrow. During the training, I worked very hard and won the first prize in many business competitions. After the training, I actively participated in the "land reclamation" project. After I didn't want to do anything, I tried to do hard work and dirty work. Whenever I am nervous, I rush to help. Thanks to the efforts of all the staff, the International Hotel of the Convention and Exhibition Center finally put into trial operation before the National Day, realizing the wish of the 50th anniversary of the motherland, and I was also awarded the honor of "pioneer activist".

Second, study business skills assiduously and carry forward the spirit of love and dedication. After the opening of the convention and exhibition center, the leaders called on our young people to be "versatile" talents. Through the front desk business training, I have mastered the operation process. When I was at work, I saw the international hotel in the convention and exhibition center. During the exhibition schedule, the guest flow is very large. I think we need help. After a period of careful observation, I found that the concierge and cashier there have many tasks to receive guests. In order to facilitate the guests, I learned the operation process of concierge and cashier during the break. I often receive guests for these two overwhelmed departments on the premise of completing my own work, and try to shorten the time for guests to go through formalities. In order to ensure the correctness of business data, I often stay after work to help them check the data until one or two in the middle of the night, and then get off work after checking clearly.

"Doing a good job is not only responsible for the unit, but also for yourself and your colleagues." This is my strict requirement for myself. During my time as the lobby manager, I used my spare time to teach myself computer maintenance technology, and used my own computer maintenance knowledge to troubleshoot the computer failures of exhibition guests many times in time, so that they could avoid possible economic losses. At the beginning of the year, during the meeting of the group in the convention and exhibition center, I was arranged by the leader to do on-site coordination. In order to accomplish this important task, I prepared three notebooks around me, recorded everything that happened, and reported it to relevant departments and leaders in time, so as to improve and solve problems in time. My careful and meticulous work has been well received by the leaders attending the meeting.

Third, actively participate in youth activities and closely unite around party organizations. Sixty or seventy percent of the employees in the convention and exhibition center are young people. Based on this feature, the Party Committee of the company attaches great importance to the education and training of young people, improves their ideological consciousness and strengthens the construction of cohesion projects. I actively responded to the call of "striving for a municipal civilized unit, striving for an excellent property management community and striving for a four-star hotel" put forward by the Party Committee, and implemented the requirements of the Party organization with practical actions. Politically, I actively demand progress, take part in the party class training for young activists organized by the Party Committee, seriously study the "Theory of Three Represents" theory and the documents of the 16th Party Congress, and constantly improve my political consciousness and ideological level. I am one of many young people who have applied to the Party organization to join the Party after receiving the Party's education. The Youth League Committee of the Convention and Exhibition Center, taking into account the characteristics of international hotels, such as many young people, complicated posts, three shifts and less time together, arranged the time reasonably and actively organized and carried out many activities that young people loved, such as parties, sports meetings, youth calligraphy exhibitions, youth essay writing activities, smiling ambassador selection activities, youth singing competitions and youth reading weeks. I took an active part in every activity and played a key role. Through the in-depth development of these activities, we have narrowed the distance between young people, greatly enhanced the cohesion of enterprises, and I have also been educated and edified.
