1. Conduct daily, monthly and annual inspections of designated production equipment, and fill in inspection records as required.

2. Be familiar with the basic working principles and fault-prone points of the equipment, and discover and eliminate potential equipment faults.

3. Independently or in conjunction with relevant personnel, repair equipment failures to ensure normal operation of the equipment.

4. Implement short, medium and long-term equipment maintenance plans, and perform routine maintenance and inspection of equipment in strict accordance with the maintenance plan.

5. Complete various daily on-site emergency maintenance tasks.

6. According to the requirements of relevant personnel, the equipment should be modified and upgraded to a certain extent to improve production efficiency.

7. Responsible for outsourcing maintenance and daily spare parts submission.
