According to my personal preference, the middle berth is my favorite, because it is cleaner and less likely to be disturbed than the lower berth, and it will be more convenient and easy to get up and down than the upper berth. But if you are a young woman and a person, I suggest you choose the upper berth, which can protect yourself to a certain extent.
