Kempinski Hotel Yixing, jointly built by Kempinski Group and Jinyuan Real Estate, will be built in Dongzhou Building under construction, which is the first time that Kempinski Group has set up an internationally renowned brand hotel in a county-level city.

Kempinski Hotel, originally established in 1897, is the oldest ultra-luxury hotel brand in the world. Now its hotels are all over Europe, Africa, South America and Asia, with more than 45 private hotels and characteristic hotel. Yixing's rare ecological advantages and increasingly perfect urban functions won the favor of Kempinski Group, and finally decided to cooperate with Yixing Jinyuan Real Estate for common development.

It is understood that Kempinski Hotel Yixing is located in the future Dongpu Building, with a total cost of about 65.438+0.3 billion yuan and a building height of about 240 meters, with 60 floors.
