Why doesn't the company encourage internal employees to fall in love?

I get emotional when I speak at 1, which affects my work and conflicts with the company.

If the negotiation fails, it will collapse, affect the work, leave the job, and may not be able to leave.

After negotiation, personal feelings will lead to deviation of work attitude and affect work.

Benefits? I don't think so, so the company should ban internal dating.
