Security detector, also known as security detector, includes security X-ray machine, baggage security detector, channel X-ray machine, baggage security detector, X-ray foreign body detector, baggage security detector, triple product detector, triple product detector and danger detector. The high-efficiency semiconductor detector converts the received X-rays into electrical signals, and these weak current signals are directly quantized and transmitted to the industrial control computer for further processing through the universal serial bus. After chaotic operation and imaging processing, high-quality images are obtained. The principle of X-ray machine security inspection was discovered by Professor Roentgen of Germany in 1895. This kind of radiation, which is declared by vacuum tube to penetrate an object, is stronger than visible light energy in electromagnetic spectrum, with shorter wavelength and higher frequency. Similar radiation rays include cosmic rays, X-rays and so on. X-rays must have x-ray spheres. The security inspection of X-ray machine is mainly composed of X-ray tube, X-ray machine power supply and control circuit. The X-ray tube is composed of cathode filament, anode target and vacuum glass tube. The power supply of X-ray machine can be divided into two parts: high-voltage power supply and filament power supply. The filament power supply is used to heat the filament, and the high-voltage output ends of the high-voltage power supply are located at both ends of the cathode filament and the anode target respectively, providing a high-voltage electric field to accelerate the active electrons on the filament to the anode target, thus forming a high-speed electron flow.
