How to make simple pig red soup?

Ingredients: four pieces of pig blood, ginger, onion, salt, chicken essence and pepper.

Practice: 1. First put the pig blood and cold water into the pot, boil it, and keep turning it. Be careful not to let the water boil and bubble. When you see the pig red changing color, you can pick it up and wash it with cold water.

2. Heat the oil, stir-fry the ginger, pour in cold water and pork red, and add salt.

3. Add chicken essence or monosodium glutamate, chopped green onion and pepper after the water is boiled.

The pig red in the pot was not easy to shoot, so I took a picture with a bowl. I feel delicious, the pig is red and tender, and the soup is fresh.
