Jude garden intentional injury case

Guangzhou Huaxin Property held a trial in Haizhu District People's Court on the case of intentional injury caused by a dispute between Guangzhou Huaxin Property and Jude Garden.

Haizhu District People's Procuratorate accused: The defendant, Lu Wanheng and Guangzhou Huaxin Property Management Co., Ltd. were opposed by the victim Xiao and others, so they colluded with others to instigate the victim Xiao. Defendants Chen An, Lu Wanheng and Hu Jian, together with defendants Wang Qijian, Lei Yong and co-defendant Li Moumou (a minor, handled separately), prepared tools for committing crimes and identified the targets to be beaten. At about 23 o'clock on February 22, 2008, at the exit of the East Gate of Jude Garden in Haizhu District, the defendant Wang Qijian, the co-defendant Li Moumou and others attacked the victim Xiao with knives and iron pipes, and the defendant outflanked him from behind, causing the victim Xiao's lower limbs to be chopped in many places, causing injuries such as right common peroneal nerve fracture, right fibula fracture and left semitendinosus tendon fracture.

On the evening of February 22, 2009, at about 1 1, Xiao, a member of the committee of Jude Garden Community in Haizhu District, was attacked by five big men when he returned to his residence. 53-year-old Xiao's ribs were broken and his right foot tendon was cut off.

Xiaomou is an activist of rights protection in Jude Garden Community, and the industry committee led by his organization strongly opposed the then Tangyuan Property Management Company and Huaxin Property Management Company, which was preparing to enter the community.
