How long is the trial period for the hotel front desk?

The probation period is usually 1 to 2 months, which varies according to the labor contract:

1. The length of the probation period is determined according to the length of the labor contract. The Labor Contract Law stipulates that the term of a labor contract is more than three months and less than one year. The probation period shall not exceed one month (there is no probation period if the labor contract is less than three months), and it shall not exceed two months if it is more than one year but less than three years. For fixed-term and non-fixed-term labor contracts of more than three years, the probation period shall not exceed six months.

2. In principle, the probation period for all new employees is generally one to three months, and they are not allowed to become regular employees in advance. In special circumstances, they must be approved by the Human Resources Department and the General Manager before they can become regular employees in advance.
