This summer vacation is different from my previous summer vacation. Instead of studying textbook knowledge, I started my social practice. I got a job in a hotel, so my summer working life began and my social practice came out.

Second, the main experience of social practice

The first two days of our arrival were training for us. Don't think that service work is a simple job. In order to familiarize us with the basic workflow and dishes of the hotel, we began to pass on dishes. Although the food delivery department is basically male, we have proved that girls can do just as well. When we started to practice serving, the male delivery staff held an end plate in one hand, and we were no exception. We come and go with plates, and some dishes are heavy. We walked like this for an hour, and our legs were sore. The hotel also gave us small high-heeled shoes, which is even more painful for us who have never worn high heels! I felt very tired and uncomfortable at work, and I felt that I couldn't keep going, but I finally gritted my teeth and survived!

Valuable experience is better than burying your brain in a textbook in class. Although this practice can't represent anything, it can make us feel the pressure of crisis after walking out of the ivory tower. After this experience, when we really face difficulties, we will find ourselves more calm and calm than others. Don't ignore the nuances of everything, because often the result of things depends on such an inconspicuous detail. Social practice is very hard, but it has gained a lot. Practice makes my life colorful, and practice makes our life colorful.

This hotel is a four-star foreign-related business hotel. Every hotel has several positions, and the requirements of each position are different. The positions in this hotel mainly include lobby, restaurant, guest room, bar, merchandise department, recreation and so on, and each position has a small position. My main job is a waiter in a restaurant.

Restaurant is an important department in the hotel, the main place for guests to eat, and one of the departments with the best economic benefits and the greatest flexibility. Its service feature is that the waiter directly provides the opposite service to the guests, which takes a long time and demands more. In order to meet the different needs of the guests, it is necessary to make delicious food to satisfy the guests. The work is very hard and tiring, and I will be busy until after 9 pm tomorrow, but I have learned a lot of knowledge that is not available in books, and successfully applied what I have learned to practice, combining theory with practice.

The working hours are not fixed every day, and we will be assigned shifts every week, including morning shift, middle shift and night shift. When we go to work, the head waiter will introduce the name and price of the dishes and today's work arrangements, as well as the rooms booked by the guests today, which delivery staff will go to which room to serve, and so on. 1 1 starts to stand guard and welcome guests at the gate. The peak passenger flow is from noon 12 to 2. At 4: 30, I started cleaning again. There is another peak passenger flow from five to nine in the evening.

In the service, there are many etiquette and manners that should be observed. The main duty of a waiter in a restaurant is to deliver food, be energetic in service, face customers warmly and kindly, patiently meet all customers' requirements, meet customers' needs urgently, make the service pass to customers' hearts, make customers feel value for money and leave a good impression on them.

At this point, I am not careless at all. It allows me to quickly and accurately complete other services such as customer needs, and strive for perfection in details such as movements and expressions, leaving a good impression on the foreman and making customers very satisfied.

Because there are more holiday workers in our hotel, because social practice is a fortune. No pains, no gains. In social practice, we can learn knowledge that books can't. It makes you broaden your horizons, understand the society, go deep into life and have endless aftertaste. Social practice is a kind of motivation. When my country needs it, I will unconditionally dedicate what I have learned and everything I have to my country and people.

Only by stepping out of school and integrating into society can we truly realize our lack of knowledge and limited ability. Third, the feeling of social practice.

After this practical experience, I deeply realized that no matter what I do, I must be careful. The so-called details determine success or failure.
