If these are not marked for oven use, don't put them in the oven, otherwise they will be oxidized and the substances produced will be harmful to health. Ordinary glass bowls contain lead, which will be oxidized at high temperature and directly absorbed by cakes.

At this time, a ceramic bowl can be used instead, but it should not be too inferior or the surface is colored, which will cause the bowl to crack or dissolve.

Stainless steel bowls are barely acceptable, but some will give off the smell of iron. It will be difficult for these materials to replace the cake mold for demoulding, and they will be used when they are not allowed.
