What is the difference between Wenzhou city household registration and Wenzhou urban household registration?

The following differences exist between Wenzhou City household registration and Wenzhou Urban household registration:

1. Different administrative regions. Wenzhou City has 4 districts under its jurisdiction, namely Lucheng District, Ouhai District, Longwan District and Dongtou District. Wenzhou City is a prefecture-level city, covering 4 districts, 2 county-level cities and 5 counties. Therefore, Wenzhou urban household registration refers to households in these 4 areas, while Wenzhou city household registration includes households in the above 4 districts, 2 county-level cities and 5 counties.

2. The settlement policies are different. On August 29, 2018, the Wenzhou Municipal People's Government issued the "Interim Regulations on Household Registration in Wenzhou Urban Area". There are different requirements for review conditions and settlement policies. At the same time, the settlement policy determined by this regulation only refers to urban areas and does not include other counties and county-level cities.
