Buying a 48-port switch or two 24-port switches can automatically identify the line sequence, so one port is directly connected to the router, the rest is connected to 4 1 room, and the rest can be connected to the front desk, management machine, internal server, etc.

If you buy a small router, you can connect the network cable with the wan port, and then connect the switch with a lan port (the remaining lan port can also be used to connect the hotel special computer). Of course, you should log in and configure the wan port, depending on your access method. If it is ADSL, then select pppoe mode and configure the user and password. If it is optical fiber access, generally choose static ip mode and put the address (gateway, mask, DNS) given by isp.

If it is private routing (high performance), then you have to learn how to configure it. This is not a lesson. The characteristics of high-performance equipment are empty, so it can be configured as needed. Low-end equipment is ready to leave the factory according to common access methods.
