Jiacheng Dance Center, located in Guangzhou, Guangdong, is a training institution. Founded in 2003, the founders Cheng Bing and Qu Laga are a pair of top Latin dance teachers in China ballroom dancing.

They won the national dance champion in the CCTV dance competition for two consecutive years and the third place in the Latin dance performance in Blackpool Dance Festival. With 14 years of senior professional teaching, they have practiced and accumulated the "systematic teaching system of Latin dance and qulajia for adult soldiers".

Jiacheng Dance Center is located on the fourth floor of the west tower of the podium of the East Railway Station Complex in Tianhe District, Guangzhou, with convenient transportation. The center area is 600 square meters, with independent central air conditioning, multifunctional dance classroom and elegant environment. Opposite the center are the famous buildings "CITIC Plaza" and "Mayor Building" symbolizing Guangzhou.
