Does Ningbo Civil Affairs Bureau work on weekends?

I don't usually go to work. The working hours of the Civil Affairs Bureau are generally from 8: 30 a.m. to 1 1: 30 a.m. and from 1: 30 to 5: 00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, except for legal holidays. But on the mornings of special festivals such as New Year's Day, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Labor Day and National Day, I go to work as usual.
