How is Hohhot in Inner Mongolia?

Hohhot, the capital city of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is an important center of politics, transportation, finance, commerce, science, education and cultural tourism in the whole region, and its life is relatively convenient. However, the wage level is low, the price level is even with that of super-first-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou, and the average price of urban housing is always maintained at 4 to 6 times of the local wage level, which leads to the overall low quality of life of residents.

Relatively speaking, people recognize Baotou as the city. Baotou is the largest economic center, science and technology center, industrial center, manufacturing center, regional collaborative innovation center, medical and medical industry center and basic education pilot area in Inner Mongolia. It is also the leading center of Hubao-Eyu urban agglomeration, with a relatively high city brand recognition and a salary level of about 8, to 13,, and the overall housing price is moderate, which is more suitable for life and employment. I remember that I went to college in Inner Mongolia University. There were 47 graduates in our class, and nearly 35 students went to Baotou for development. Many of them bought houses and cars locally, got married and had children, and settled down. Among the remaining 12 students, except for four locals who stayed in Hohhot, they all took the postgraduate entrance examination or went home to develop. I feel that the talent absorption capacity of Hohhot, the capital, is still relatively limited.
