How many stars is Beijing Zhuyuan Village Hotel?

Five stars.

Beijing Zhuyuan Hotel is located in a quiet alley to the west of Drum Tower. It is a Chinese classical courtyard-style building. It was originally the private residence of Sheng Xuanhuai, the postal minister in the late Qing Dynasty. It is also said to have been the garden of the eunuch An Dehai. Since the late Qing Dynasty, many historical celebrities such as Wang Yintai, Ma Hansan, Dong Biwu and Kang Sheng have lived here. In the garden, there are continuous pavilions, winding corridors, shades of bamboo trees, and rockery fountains. In spring, flowers are in full bloom; in summer and autumn, colorful lanterns hang down the eaves and green bamboos sway in the wind; in winter, the pines stand proud of the snow, showing their unique heroic appearance; guests feast and drink, which is a feast for the eyes. There are paintings and calligraphy by famous artists hanging in many places in the garden, giving it a rich Chinese cultural atmosphere.

The hotel opened on March 1, 1982, and was newly renovated in 2007. It is a 3-story building with a total of 52 guest rooms (sets).
