4. Recruitment procedures and requirements

1. Publicly publish the recruitment announcement in the media;

2. Registration time: within 15 days after the recruitment announcement is released;

8. Benefits

1. The probation period is six months, and the salary during the probation period is based on the basic salary. Salary during the probation period: 1,400 yuan/month for a bachelor's degree, 1,900 yuan/month for a master's degree, and 2,400 yuan/month for a doctoral degree.
