How to turn on the fireworks lamp at the bedside of Disney Hotel?

Disney Hotel bedside fireworks lights are turned on as follows:

1. Turn on the switch next to the bedside table in the hotel.

2. Turn to the "On" position.

3. Press the "ashtray" button on the bedside table to start the fireworks lamp.
