As the shareholders of Guangzhou Shengli have agreed not to extend the operating period, Guangzhou Shengli will go through the liquidation procedures on June 5438+065438+1October 30.

It is understood that the liquidation group consists of five members, including Shengli Beer Guangdong Company and Guangzhou Brewery, two supplementary members appointed by Shengli Beer Guangdong Company and 1 supplementary members appointed by Guangzhou Brewery.
