1. The applicant shall issue an application report to the local public security fire supervision institution and receive the Declaration Form for Fire Safety Permit of Public Security Entertainment Places.

2. Fill in the "Declaration Form for Fire Safety Permit in Public Entertainment Places", the applicant shall sign the opinions and affix the official seal, and send the completed declaration form and application report to the local public security fire control institutions (the key units under the jurisdiction of the detachment shall be sent directly to the detachment fire station).

3. Within 7 days after receiving the applicant's report and declaration form, the local public security fire control institution will send responsible personnel to investigate and audit according to the audit content.
