01 Hangzhou Living Subsidy for Fresh Graduates

Application Requirements

Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree or above (including those who have returned to study abroad and foreign talents within 5 years of graduation) , the graduation date is after June 3, 2019 (inclusive), work in a qualified Hangzhou employer or start a business independently, and continuously pay social security

Subsidy standard

10,000 for undergraduate degree , 30,000 for masters, 100,000 for doctoral students, and 50,000 for doctoral students who graduated before October 14, 2021 (inclusive)

In Fuyang District, Lin'an District, Tonglu County, Chun'an County, and Jiande City After working in the western district, county (city) for 3 years, they will be given 10,000 yuan for bachelor's degree, 30,000 yuan for master's degree, 100,000 yuan for doctor's degree, and 50,000 yuan for doctor's degree according to the original standard

02 Living subsidy for fresh graduates in Shangcheng

Subsidy standards

On the basis of the one-time living subsidy in Hangzhou, an additional 10,000 yuan will be given to undergraduates and 30,000 yuan to masters. District-level supporting facilities of RMB 50,000 for PhD students and RMB 50,000 for doctorates and bank loan interest discounts of up to RMB 300,000 per year for three consecutive years

Application conditions

Have worked in Shangcheng District for three years (paid with social security) (subject to this), and have received the living allowance for fresh graduates of Hangzhou’s higher education in accordance with regulations

Three categories of outstanding fresh college students who graduated after August 10, 2021 (inclusive)
