How to write the project experience in your resume to attract people?

The content and significance of project experience in resume are slightly different from work experience and social practice. Generally speaking, project experience often reflects the practical ability of job seekers in a certain aspect and their mastery of a certain field or skill. Generally, the description of project experience is more important when applying for IT positions, researcher positions in research institutes or university teachers. For fresh graduates, the significance of the project in the resume generally includes two levels.

First, the thesis in graduation design and related research projects. No matter undergraduate, master or doctoral students, graduation thesis is necessary. The topic selection of a paper is usually based on the development of an applied technology or theoretical research, so as to solve a problem. Then there will be corresponding research background, related research, experiments, data statistics and analysis in the content of graduation thesis. The process of doing a project and writing a graduation thesis is a process of solving problems. In this process, we must learn to obtain a lot of information, screen useful information, and master the methods of analyzing and solving problems, so as to complete the graduation thesis. The ability of information analysis and processing, the application of some software and the ability of writing expression exercised in this process are also the weights for your job search, which can be presented to HR in your resume.

Example 1 thesis research topic as project experience (science and engineering).

Project experience: from February 2007 to now, PDM data element standardization project: Institute of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems, Beijing XX University.

1. As an independent project organizer, we studied the related standards in PDM field, including PDM Enablers, STEP PDM Schema V 1.2, EIA836 V 1.0, and studied the international standard of data element theory: ISO/IEC1/kloc-0.

1. When choosing projects, it is best to choose projects with team spirit, and explain your responsibilities, work priorities, contributions or values in the team. HR can usually use this to judge the job status and expected results of candidates in the organization;

2. It doesn't matter if there are only projects that individuals are independently responsible for in the experience, but in the project description, you need to list your work item by item, instead of writing a whole paragraph. Usually HR does the initial screening of resumes, and the demands are simple and clear, and you can capture the information you want to know about the candidates at a glance.
