Why doesn't Tibet Basu Hotel have air conditioning?

Not installed. Because of limited funds, Basu Hotel in Tibet is not equipped with air conditioning. Baidu map shows that Tibet Basu Hotel is located in Baimaxia Street, basu county, Changdu City, Xizang Autonomous Region. There are 54 rooms on the third floor of the hotel, including warm single room, fashionable double standard room, luxurious viewing room and warm three-person suite. Room facilities are equipped with air conditioning, LCD TV, independent wifi in each room and 20-hour hot shower.
