How to prevent infectious diseases in hotels?
Business trips, business trips or meetings require accommodation in hotels, guest houses and hotels. Sometimes I have to live in these places for a long time. Although many of these service units pay attention to cleanliness, some of them still live with foreign guests because of the high mobility of residents. If you are not careful, you may get sexually transmitted diseases, conjunctivitis, trachoma, hepatitis, scabies and other diseases. People living in hotels and guesthouses must pay special attention to self-care. Prevent the occurrence of "hotel disease". 1. Always open the window for ventilation in the room. Ordinary hotels, guesthouses, ordinary rooms are often shared by 4-8 people. There are many people and the air is dirty. In addition, some people smoke, so it is easy to cross-infect diseases. Even if you live in a hotel or high-class hotel with good conditions and air conditioning in the bedroom, the doors and windows are often closed, the temperature is constant, and the indoor air cannot circulate, which is very suitable for the growth and reproduction of some viruses or bacteria. Coupled with the large temperature difference between indoor and outdoor, people living in it can easily feel dizzy, tired, stuffy nose and even catch a cold, suffering from "air conditioning syndrome." In order to prevent diseases, passengers should regularly open the doors and windows for ventilation every day, especially before going to bed at night and after getting up in the morning, and must open the windows for ventilation for about 20 minutes to make the air convection and keep the indoor air clean. 2. Bring your own toiletries and never take a bath. It is inevitable to wash your face, take a bath and rinse your mouth every day when staying in a hotel or guesthouse. Be careful not to use public toiletries, such as towels, bath water, mouthwash cups, basins, etc. Some people like to use public washing utensils for convenience, thinking that they only need to wash or rinse, but they don't know that it can not meet the requirements of disinfection at all, and there is the possibility of infectious diseases. Take a shower when taking a bath, and absolutely avoid a bath with a strong sense of cross-dyeing. Wash your face with tap water under the tap. 3. Try to use squatting instead of sitting in the toilet. In hotels and guesthouses with good accommodation conditions, guest rooms are often equipped with independent toilets and sitting toilets. This kind of sitting toilet is most likely to infect people with infectious diseases such as dysentery, typhoid fever, gonorrhea, syphilis and scabies. For the sake of safety, it is best not to use the bathroom in the room, but to use the squatting urinal in the public toilet set separately on each floor. In case you can't find the squatting pan, you can put clean toilet paper on the wooden pad of the toilet and reuse it. At the same time, pay attention to wrap the handle or button with a small piece of toilet paper before use, or wash your hands with soap after use to avoid pollution and illness. 4. Don't sleep naked. Some people are used to sleeping naked at night or wearing only short underwear, which is absolutely impossible when staying in hotels and guesthouses. It is easy to catch all kinds of infectious diseases. Therefore, you should wear long underwear to sleep, wash and disinfect when you go home on business trip, and don't eat with public chopsticks. When dining in a hotel or restaurant, especially in a group, the waiter will prepare bowls, chopsticks, cups, plates, towels and so on. Although these tableware have been cleaned or generally disinfected, they may still become an important medium for spreading dysentery, typhoid fever and viral hepatitis. Therefore, try to avoid * * * using a plate to pack food, and should adopt a "separate meal system", with each person serving a meal or bringing their own tableware. When you have to eat in groups, you should also use chopsticks or spoons, put the dishes on your own plate, and then eat them with your own chopsticks and spoons. Travelers must not underestimate the above self-care methods, otherwise once they get sick, they will regret it and even cause lifelong pain.
