But by studying the market situation, I found the following problems.

Many hotel human resources departments would rather recruit high school students than college students when recruiting employees. In this regard, the industry and academic circles have their own words. I think the following reasons need attention:

First, China's current college enrollment system is still based on scores, and students still have great blindness in choosing schools and majors, so there is a deviation between majors and wishes.

Second, the current hotel personnel management system has certain rigidity. At present, the temptation of the outside world, especially foreign companies, to college students is increasing. Hotels still follow the practice of starting from the same starting line as vocational high school students, and the promotion system is not inclined to college students, which makes them feel that their education investment is in vain, leading to psychological imbalance and jumping ship at the first opportunity.

Thirdly, at present, domestic hotels have entered a mature stage, and there are relatively few promotion opportunities, and the existing middle-level managers are younger, which makes college students feel hopeless about promotion;
