You can cancel the order through the online "My Ctrip-My Order" interface before the latest cancellation and modification time corresponding to the order, or call Ctrip Hotel Reservation Department to ask the staff to cancel the reservation for you.

The latest cancellation and modification time of guarantee and prepaid orders can be inquired through the "Order Management" interface;
