3. Suggestions

(1) Strengthen government leadership and build a good tourism development environment. Increase financial investment in tourism. In other words, without government investment to create a basic environment for the development of the tourism industry, it is impossible to develop investment projects. In recent years, fiscal funds have increased to a certain extent in tourism investment, but the total amount is still too small and lags far behind the rapid development of the tourism industry. To drive and promote resource development and construction, in addition to pioneering innovation and hard work in the city's tourism industry, increasing financial investment is an indispensable and important part. Consideration should be given to increasing financial investment in the tourism industry, especially project development and construction. It is necessary to continue to increase investment in tourism poverty alleviation. For tourism projects that have just started, tourism poverty alleviation funds must continue to be subsidized.
