In recent years, Meihao, as the benchmark of mid-range business hotels, has been at the forefront in terms of expanding its territory and the reputation of its guests.

Gong Zhaoqing is the founder of Meihao Group. Starting from Ankang, deep in the Qinling Mountains in southern Shaanxi, I walked out of the mountains step by step, came to xi 'an, settled in Shanghai and went to the whole country.

What impressed me more was motivating employees.

There are many ways to motivate employees. Pay bonuses, pay more wages and benefits, and let employees have hope for life.

The first is to train employees. Funding for middle managers to go out to study, young people deep in the mountains usually see narrow streets in narrow counties. The hotel paid for them to go out, get on the plane for the first time in their lives, and see the world of big cities for the first time, which broadened their horizons, increased their knowledge and broadened their horizons.

Then apply what you have learned and have a sharing meeting. The speaker should fully display his personal charm, impress the audience as much as possible and analyze his true feelings. Imagine a young man, can he not grow up in such an environment?

How lucky I am to work in an environment that makes me feel that my work is meaningful, interesting, progressive, valuable and promising.
