3, ram hanging to flat, straight, tight, stable, avoid cutting, blasting collapse, must hang every ring. Every section is hung with iron rammers! Point, the ends at both ends of each ram shall be tied to the roadway wall with wire hooks.

4, the interface between the ram is required to be close. Colloidal air duct can adopt double-sided joint or three-ring joint, which should be connected in sequence when plugging.

5, when using rubber ram, there should be a transition between local ventilator and rubber ram. The joint between the local ventilator and the iron ram should have a washer and be screwed down; The joint of iron air duct and colloid air duct shall be fastened with iron wire.

6, a list of ram diameter should be consistent; If the diameters are different, there should be a transition section.

7, the distance from the end of the ram to the working face, according to the provisions of the Mining Bureau, but must ensure that the working face has enough air volume.

8, often check the wellbore downward flow, if there is a crack to repair at any time, don't leak.

9, ram in the corner to set elbow or slow turn, no dead turn. Tee should be set at the bifurcation.

10, inclined lane and vertical shaft excavation, ram joint, ram binding to be particularly strong.

1 1. When replacing the ram, do not stop the local ventilator at will. If it is necessary to stop the machine, it should contact the team leader and driver of the tunneling face, and can only be replaced after stopping work and withdrawing personnel. When the amount of gas gushed from the roadway is large, the working face personnel must be evacuated to a safe place before replacing the ram.

12, after the completion of roadway excavation, ram should be removed in time under the command of ventilation area. The dismantled air duct should be loaded and transported to the well for cleaning, drying and maintenance.

13, demolition of ram, should be removed from the inside out in turn. When the tunnel ram is dismantled, the local ventilator shall not be stopped.

14, pay attention to prevent the sports car from hitting, squeezing and cutting the ram.

15, cross-belt conveyor, scraper conveyor operation, you must first contact the conveyor driver, if necessary, you can suspend the conveyor operation to ensure safe operation.

16 alleys roof high operation to set up a bench, to stand firm at work; When hanging the air duct in the roadway where the electric locomotive is running, it is necessary to set up a safety alert to prevent being cut and hit by trams, and pay attention to prevent the overhead line from getting an electric shock and hurting people.

17. When the draw-out ventilation mode is adopted, the ram can be made of hard ram and rubber or plastic telescopic ram with steel wire skeleton. Plastic or rubber air ducts must have antistatic and flame retardant safety performance.

18. When installing the steel wire skeleton air duct, care should be taken when loading and unloading it. It is forbidden to be radially squeezed and collided by sharp objects to avoid deformation and damage.

19. When connecting air ducts with quick connector soft belt, the end rings of two air ducts should be aligned and connected. After the cloak cloth is set up, the two end rings should be clamped with quick connector soft belt. The tightening strength of the joint soft belt should be appropriate to avoid air leakage or pulling off, and the handle position of the joint soft belt should be down on the ram side.

20. When connecting the air duct at the end (air inlet) of the air duct, the connected air duct should be hung on the steel strand first, and then the joint should be connected to avoid bending and folding of the air duct.

2 1, the sharp corner of the ram must be connected with a hard arc elbow.

22. When dealing with the accumulated water in the air duct, when the length of the air duct exceeds 500 meters, the soft belt drainage of the quick connector can be directly untied; When dealing with the accumulated water in the air duct within 500 meters, the safety window of the local ventilator must be opened first, and then the joint can be untied for drainage.

23. When the extraction or mixed ventilation mode is adopted, the distance from the outlet or inlet of the ram to the working face and the length of the overlapping section between the compressed ram and the extraction ram shall comply with the provisions of the mine operation regulations. 24, ram on the well, first of all, should be scrubbed, dry, check the damage and durability of ram, and then check separately.

25. When repairing rammer, sticky rammer mortar shall be prepared as required. Cut the patch according to the size of the breach, and the patch should be round; Patch blank holder should be greater than the breach size of 20mm；; In order to prevent the edge from warping after patching, the patched edge should be cut into inclined planes; Patches and crevasses should be brushed clean to reveal the true colors of rubber air ducts, and then coated with mucilage after drying. After the patch is bonded, it should be tamped with a wooden hammer to make it tightly bonded and ensure no air leakage. The duct coated with glue should be coated with talcum powder again. For large cracks exceeding 100 mm, they must be stitched with thread before gluing.

26, the rings on the ram should be complete, the ring spacing should ensure that the ram is hung straight, and the iron rings at both ends should be sewn tightly. If long wind pipes need to be added, the width of adhesive between air pipes is generally 200mm.

27, repaired ram should be properly preserved, stored ram should be dried once every quarter.

28, making tee, elbow and transition section, according to the shape and diameter of the ram, pay attention to straight. The length of transition section should not be less than 2m.

29, welding ram ring, according to the relevant provisions of the welder. The ring should be welded firmly, flat and round.

30, drying, washing, cleaning ram to wear masks, ram must be dried or blow-dried rear can glue.

3 1, the modified old ram should be stored in the designated place according to the specification and size, and marked for easy access.

32, when loading and unloading ram should pay attention to safety, to prevent the steel wire cut feet and bruised eyes.

33. When repairing the ram, you should prepare a local ventilator to blow dry the ram, as well as a sewing machine and repair tools.

34, ram repair indoor prohibit the use of stoves for heating; If it must be used, there should be safety and fire prevention measures, and with the consent of the relevant units, the stove should be extinguished when no one is off work.

35, ram repair room must be equipped with fire equipment, do a good job of fire prevention, indoor to keep clean and hygienic.

36. The operation, use and precautions of the air scrubber are as follows:

(1) There must be a special person in charge, and the operator must first master the operation method; (2) Before working, check the machine's good condition before operating and turning on the power supply. (3) Operators must wear rubber shoes, insulating gloves and working caps, and dress neatly to prevent electric shock and clothes and objects from being involved in the machine; (4) When starting to work, first put the clutch handle in the control position (i.e. working state) and tighten it; (5) When opening the shell, both hands should be flat and push upward. If the position of the inner shell is not suitable after opening the outer shell, shake the worm gear device by hand to rotate the inner shell to a suitable position, and do not directly rotate the inner shell by hand; (6) After the inner shell is opened, add water, and appropriate amount of water is appropriate, which is generally two-fifths of the whole machine. After adding water, put the ram to be washed into the machine. Generally, when cleaning the ram with a diameter of 500-600 mm, put 1 section, and put 2 sections for the ram below 500 mm; (7) After placing the ram, cover the inner shell first. The inner shell must be tightened and covered tightly to prevent the ram and water from being thrown out and causing accidents. After the inner shell is covered, cover the outer shell and tighten the cover. (8) After the inner and outer shells are covered, turn the clutch handle to the separation position, that is, the "0" position; (9) After confirming that the machine can be turned on, a special person shall be responsible for power transmission, and the power transmission personnel must wear dry insulating gloves before power transmission. Turn on the power first, and then start the machine. When starting the machine, all operators should stay away from the machine. (10)) After washing 10- 15 minutes, the power will be cut off. After the operation stops smoothly, the operator can only get close to the machine, and it is forbidden to send electricity at this time; (1 1) The operators take out the air ducts in turn, press the drainage device to remove the dirty water and replace it with clean water.
