Project advantages:

1. This project is close to the planned intelligent network valley and is a part of Qiaodong Smart City. Gongshu District plans to invest10 billion yuan in five years, which is equivalent to rebuilding a "northern software park" after completion. Now the surrounding area of the project has been basically demolished.
