1. The hotel will give two keys for each room to the front office manager, who will give one key to the reception department to rent the main room and the other key to the secretary to keep in the spare key cabinet.

When a hotel guest comes to retrieve the key, the receptionist should check the guest's name and room number with the computer, or ask the guest to show the welcome card, and then give the key to the guest. In case of familiar guests, you can give the keys directly to the guests under the condition that the number of the guest's house is consistent with that of the key room.

4. When the guest gives the key to others for use during the day, he should ask the guest to issue a power of attorney, indicating the room number, use time, user's name and notify the housekeeper center. When the authorized person comes to pick up the key, he must leave a certificate signed by him.

5. In case of special circumstances, when hiding the key of the guest room, it is advisable to stick transparent tape on the corresponding key holder. When the guest comes to pick up the key, inform the relevant personnel to meet the guest.

In order to grasp the key recycling situation in time, the night receptionist will print a report of the guests in the store, check the keys carefully, and find that there are no guests in the room and the keys are not at the front desk. Find out the reason for the loss of the key in time and make records.
