Can the hotel power project be tendered separately?

You can't. The electric power project bidding of the hotel needs to be reported to the government department, and the public bidding can only be carried out after the approval of the government department. Separate bidding is not allowed. Bidding means that the tenderee (buyer) sends out a tender notice or tender form in advance, and puts forward the name, varieties, quantity and relevant trading conditions of the goods purchased at the specified time and place, and invites bidders.
