Can I bring dogs into Changchun Imperial Garden?

According to the local legislative network, "Changchun Park Regulations" requires park management agencies to determine parks where pets are forbidden to enter, set up obvious signs and implement strict management. There are 20 parks where dogs are forbidden, namely: Nanhu Park, Shengli Park, Animal and Plant Park, Children's Park, Changchun Park, Tianjia Park, Friendship Park and Imperial Garden.
