How to make decorative art bread?

How to make decorative art bread? Decorative bread is only used in large-scale booths in hotels, and it is also used in dessert areas of hotels with better stars and self-help booths.

This bread is very different from the bread we eat every day. First, bread with low moisture content will be harder after baking, which is also for the sake of longer storage time. Second, decorative bread has a small degree of fermentation and cannot be twice as large as ordinary bread. If the degree of fermentation is too large, the shape of bread will change, which is not beautiful enough. The third kind of decorative bread generally uses dead or undercooked noodles. Today, I will share with you a way to decorate bread with a dead face version.

Formula: high gluten flour 100g, low gluten flour 100g, sugar 10g, salt 10g, water 80g, egg 10g and butter 10g.

Production method:

1. Mix high-gluten flour, low-gluten flour, sugar and salt together, and the butter will soften at room temperature. Add eggs and water to the flour and knead until there are no flour particles. Add butter and knead until the dough and butter are completely mixed. Cover with a wet towel and relax for 30 minutes. Knead the loose dough until the surface is smooth, then cover it with a wet towel and relax for 30 minutes.

2. Divide the loose dough into two-thirds and one-third small dough instead of equally divided dough, round the divided small dough once, cover with a wet towel and relax for 20 minutes, divide two-thirds of the small dough into small dough with the size of pinball, knead the small dough into smooth balls for later use, and divide one-third of the dough into two or three small dough with the same size.

3. Roll the dough into thin slices about 0.3 cm thick, cut into the shape of leaves with a knife, and press out the lines with a plastic scraper for later use. Knead balls are stacked together, folded into triangles, and stacked in two or three layers to make the shape of grapes. You can apply an appropriate amount of egg liquid between each ball, or you can apply an appropriate amount of egg liquid on the prepared leaves and stick it on the triangular ball pile.

4. Put the finished grape bread on the baking tray, preheat the oven to 170 degrees, bake for about 50 minutes, and then bake at 140 degrees for about 20 minutes. Bake the bread very hard and crisp. If the surface is black, cover it with a layer of tin foil. Try to dry the water in the bread without burning it, which can prolong the storage time.

Summary: this is a kind of decorative bread for the face of the dead, which can be made into the shape of grapes, small trees, flower baskets and so on. Baked bread can be stored in the booth for about a month. Pay attention to insect prevention when placing decorative bread in the booth, because this kind of bread is easy to attract insects and ants. It is not suitable for making in places with low floors. It should also be noted that although decorative bread can be eaten, it is not recommended for everyone because it tastes really bad.
