How to preserve wild mushrooms for a long time

Fresh mushrooms can easily go bad if they are not properly preserved. So how to save it? Let's take a look together.

1. It is suggested that the bought mushrooms should be kept dry, sealed with fresh-keeping bags, and then stored in the freezer, which can generally be kept for about 3-7 days. When storing, check whether the mushrooms are soft, rotten and smelly, and remove them in time.

2. Find a newspaper, then spread fresh mushrooms on the newspaper and dry them in the shade. With less water, the possibility of microbial growth will be reduced, and the shelf life will naturally be extended. However, it must be reminded that plastic bags should not be put into storage, because this will lead to the inability to divide water and accelerate the mildew of fresh mushrooms.

3. Choose to preserve fresh mushrooms with salt water. You can put it in clean water, add a proper amount of salt, soak it, take it out after soaking, remove water, then put it in a fresh-keeping bag and put it in a refrigerator for more than ten days.
