Guizhou Post and Telecommunications School, located in Guiyang, was founded in 1958. Mengguan Campus is located in Dawan, Mengguan Avenue. It is a public full-time secondary vocational school in Guizhou Province. The school focuses on communication technology education in secondary vocational schools, and offers high-speed rail, post and telecommunications, computer, automobile maintenance and other majors.

Mengguan Campus has a building area of more than 28,000 square meters and can accommodate nearly 3,000 people.
