During the Spring Festival this year, Harbin Municipal Market Supervision Administration accepted a total of 283 consumer consultation complaints, up 12.4% year-on-year, of which 237 were consumer consultations, 36 were complaints, and 10 was reported. The main aspects reflected include commodity quality, after-sales service, format contract, advertising, market price, etc. Among them, hotel meals are charged extra, drinks are not allowed, and gold and silver ornaments are defective, which have become hot spots of complaints. According to Article 9 of the Consumer Protection Law, consumers have the right to choose their own goods or services. Consumers have the right to choose their own operators to provide goods or services, choose their own varieties of goods or services, and decide whether to buy or not to buy any kind of goods or accept or not to accept any kind of services. Consumers have the right to compare, identify and choose their own goods or services.
